About Me

My passion for massage began long before I became a qualified therapist. Since my teenage years, I’ve been fascinated by its benefits. I regularly massaged my mum’s notoriously knotty shoulders and helped friends, family and even neighbours. I’ve always loved helping people feel more relaxed, comfortable and at ease.

My background as a personal trainer and fitness instructor has given me a strong understanding of the body, movement and how muscles work. I also hold qualifications in pre- and post-natal exercise and GP referral, enabling me to support people with a range of health, fitness and wellbeing needs. Over the years, I’ve continued to develop my knowledge and skills, specialising in a variety of massage and wellbeing treatments.

I offer Level 4 Sports Massage, alongside Indian Head Massage, Oncology Massage, Reflexology, Menopause Massage, Fibromyalgia Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Deep Tissue Massage, Dry Cupping and Pre- and Post-Event Massage.

I believe massage should never be a one-size-fits-all treatment. I take the time to understand each client’s needs and tailor the pressure and techniques accordingly — whether you’re seeking relaxation, recovery, relief from muscular tension or simply some much-needed time for yourself.

My aim is simple: to provide a welcoming, comfortable and personalised experience where you can switch off, feel listened to and leave feeling a little more like yourself.
